Federal Programs

The federal programs department provides leadership for programs funded or required by the federal government in addition to some state funded programs.  These include Title I and Title III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972,  Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act and state programs, such as Driver Education.
